Who am i?

I'm glad you asked!

My name is CJ Kwak. I’m a 28 year old tech consultant from Iowa, that spends the majority of his free time traveling, learning or building.

I’m currently employed and work fully remotely for a company called CBIZ, specializing in ERP Implementations in a product called Acumatica.

Outside of the full time gig, i’m also actively involved in building two companies – Iowa Fungi & Kwak Creative. To reach more about them both, either click the links or keep scrolling!

And I do all of this, while also pursing my main interests of travel, fitness and investing, which I write about quarterly in my Friends Newsletter and periodically on my blog.

Current Projects

Iowa Fungi – I’m the cofounder of a fully sustainable, organic mushroom farm where we grow high quality oyster mushrooms for the local community. As a part of this, I also write a weekly newsletter called Fungi Fridays, which if sounds interesting to you can be subscribed to here!

I pretty much always have my hand in many different baskets, but if I had to summarize the areas where I spend most of my time, it’d be the following.
